Is screen printing or embroidery included in the prices listed?
No, the prices listed are for blank garments. You have the option
to choose whether you want your logo screen printed or embroidered on them.
Your total price will be determined after choosing the method of decoration.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Our normal production time is 7-10 working days on most in stock
apparel. Production time begins when all artwork is finalized and any questions regarding your order have been answered. Production time on promotional products will vary depending upon the product. See each product for details.
Can we see what our embroidered logo will look like before you put it on any of our items?
Yes, we will not embroider any of your items without your approval.
A scan of the actual embroidered design is supplied at no charge. Please contact us If you would like to see an actual product sample with your logo.
Item price and set-up charges will be determined by product.
Can we see what our screen printed logo will look like before printing?
Yes, we will provide you with a virtual proof before printing any of
your items.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes, you may order samples of any item or garment at the prices
listed. These items may be returned for embroidery once you place your order. Please contact us for sample requests on large volume orders.
Do you charge for artwork if we already have a design?
No, as long as your design is in the correct format and no
additional changes need to be made.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We prefer files to be .ai, .eps, or .cdr. in vector format. We can
accept .pdf or .jpg files but additional charges may apply to recreate the file into a useable format.
Do you create designs or logos?
Yes, please contact us to discuss your design needs and we will
provide you with an estimate.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UPS standard ground shipping on most apparel when
ordering 36 or more items. Some items may not be eligible for free shipping.
Do you offer free embroidery?
Be aware of companies offering Free Embroidery or Free Screen
Printing. What they have done is marked their garment prices higher to make up for the cost of the embroidery. They usually only include 5000 to 7000 stitches in that price when the average design has about 9000 stitches.
This is a common sales tactic used by many embroidery companies to make you think you're getting a great deal.
Do you offer free set-up charges?
Yes. We offer free embroidery set-up charges on orders of 36 or
more items getting a chest size logo or design with up to 12,000 stitches.
Large designs for a full front or full back may require a one time set-up fee. Please contact us for a quote or if you have any questions regarding your logo or design.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts starting at 12 pieces and even bigger
discounts for larger quantities. In addition, we offer free shipping and free set-up charges on most apparel items when you order as few as 36 pieces.
