What is the average turnaround time on branded items?

Honestly, that’s a little hard to pin down. Though we strive to complete all custom screen-printed and embroidered apparel orders within seven to 10 days of art approval, other logo products and their processes could take a wee bit longer. While we are able to place rush orders on certain promotional products, we’re certainly not in the habit of promising delivery times that we can’t meet.

So, here’s the thing: call us and we can discuss your exact needs and we’ll do what we can to help. We do know one thing, we’ve never missed a deadline and we’d like to keep it that way. So, if we give you a timeline, we’ll do whatever we can to deliver upon that promise.

What type of file do you need for art?

Vector me. Ok, that was a little weird but it’s an easy way to remember the type of artwork needed to get your project started. Vector images are easy to work with and are practically universally-used. So, if you’re sending us artwork, please make sure that you send it along as any of these file types:

Adobe Acrobat  – noted as .pdf

Adobe Illustrator – noted as .ai or as .eps

Corel Draw (yes, really) – noted as .cdr

How do I place an order?

Unlike those other online promo companies, we actually don’t want you placing your order online. Where it might save somebody money along that line somewhere, it’s notoriously bad for customer service and satisfaction. Silly us, we believe that businesses are run best by people. So, contact us in any way you feel most comfortable with. Call us, email us; heck, send us a message by carrier pigeon if you prefer. We want to hear directly from you as we’ve found that lets us do our job as well as we can. Which is pretty superbly if we do say so ourselves.

Do you have an inventory that I can choose from?

No we don’t. Sorry, not sorry. Our business was built on the premise of delivering custom, individual orders on unique promotional products that suit only you and your business. No cookie-cutter stuff sitting in a warehouse here. We believe our clients prefer it that way.

Is rush service available?

Sure. As business owners ourselves, we understand that the unexpected happens and rush orders are a part of doing business. With that being said, we have many product options that are available for rush orders. We’ll put our own special sort of spin on it and get it to you lickety-split (that means super quick).

Besides price per item, are there any other charges or fees?

Though we don’t look forward to charging additional fees, we do have to engage in such diabolical practices in the name of keeping our business going. However, we never want to surprise you, after the fact, with charges that you weren’t prepared for. So, our promise to you, our valued customer, that if your particular order requests resulted in additional fees, we will be completely transparent with you from the start. Typical extra fees, charged by almost all promotional product and embroidery companies, include:

  • set-up or screen charges
  • design or creative work
  • special shipping requests 
  • larger size requirements (XXL, 3XL, 4XL, etc.)
  • overruns/underruns (typically five to 10 percent of the order)
  • custom color matching
